    Lets start by saying I don't even write reviews....but I just had to speak about my time going to this bank....I walked in lady laying on the floor because she passed out....kinda already a sign that it was going to be a long day....I sit down and wait to be seen by a banker...let me also mention I'm in here just to get a temporary debt card since I lost mines...so I'm sitting and there's only one banker that's helping people who's waiting....so a couple is in front of me...I lie to you not I waited about 1hour and 45mins before I was seen....one banker came in and was at the door greeting customers....this bank isn't busy its like 1 person every 4 minutes so greeting isn't a main priority....so the guy kept telling me sorry for the long wait....so I continue to wait and wait...a lady comes behind me and starts to talk about how she was here 2 hours ago and the same couple that's being helped in front of me was there when she left.....im not a rude and loud person so I continued to wait...the lady waits for about 20 mins and finally is fed up and asked to speak to manager....she tells manager how there's a line of people waiting to sit and talk to banker but yet here's a guy who can speed up the process waiting at the door greeting people....the manager tells the guy to help the lady and he goes to the computer and helps her....my thing is ok after him seeing me wait for over 30 mins because I was there waiting 30 mins prior to his arrival...he should have took it upon himself to tell the manager can he assist me since I was waiting for so long....then I finally get to the banker and this guy takes about 20 extra mins just for me to get a card...I lost my card a couple of times and the process was no more then 15 mins when I went to other wells Fargo banks.....just the fact that there was only 1 banker sitting down to help customers and everyone else either walking around smiling or greeting people instead of helping to get people in and out....I won't be leaving wells Fargo but I will not be attending this wells Fargo branch ANYMORE....this isn't the first time I received bad service but this time was just so bad that I had to explain my story....
